At GRIPEDGE Tools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
